A local daemon listener that terminates its OWN TLS (the mutually authenticated WSS RPC plane, the server-authenticated enrollment endpoint).

A tunnel must publish these as raw TCP passthrough: terminating TLS at the tunnel would strip the client certificate the WSS plane requires and replace the daemon certificate that enrollment’s short-auth-string binds.
