The daemon’s inbound-auth layer: providers, resolver, and live local bindings. One instance per daemon generation, shared by every connection.

Published as one unit by RpcInboundAuth::refresh_from_config and RpcInboundAuth::publish_accepted; its fields stay private so a consumer can only observe the snapshot through the accessors that keep registry, resolver, roster and flags consistent.
