An admitted target snapshot and its owned lifecycle lease. Clones share this one logical lease so detached continuations can outlive their caller without releasing admission early.

Re-check the generation immediately before a queued admission begins target construction. Holding the turn lease keeps deletion out, but a daemon shutdown may close the generation while a detached worker is still queued; that worker must fail before provider, tool, or target persistence work starts.
