The job’s source (imperative / declarative) at time of action; keeps a run row retained past its job’s deletion reachable by the cleanup that owns that id space. None on rows recorded before provenance existed.

owner_agent: Option<String>

Durable CURRENT cleanup owner: stamped as the executing agent at insert and re-pointed by agent renames, unlike the immutable executing_agent historical fact. Owner-scoped deletion and authorized retained-row reads key on this. How a None (pre-column row) resolves — live-job fallback or quarantine — is owned by the store’s read/upgrade paths; see list_runs_for_agent and initialize_schema in cron::store.
