Struct AdmittedSource

A source that passed admission and is ready to install: see PluginHost::admit_source. It carries the exact manifest and component bytes admission read, so a caller can load-check them and PluginHost::install_admitted then persists those same bytes.

The manifest text admission parsed and checked against the signature policy. PluginHost::install_admitted writes these bytes, so a signature checked against them is checked against what gets installed.

pub fn component(&self) -> Option<&AdmittedComponent>

The admitted component to load-check, or None for a package that ships no WASM. These are the bytes PluginHost::install_admitted writes, so a check against them is a check of what gets installed.
