log_persistence_path: String

log_persistence_max_entries: usize

log_persistence_max_bytes: u64

Size threshold (bytes) that triggers an archive rotation in rotating mode. 0 disables size-based rotation.

log_persistence_rotate_daily: bool

Rotate on a UTC day boundary in rotating mode.

log_persistence_retention_max_files: usize

Max rotated archive files to keep in rotating mode. 0 keeps all.

log_persistence_retention_max_age_days: u64

Max age (days) of rotated archives in rotating mode. 0 disables.

log_persistence_max_entries_per_segment: usize

Rotate the active file once it holds this many non-empty JSONL lines, in rotating mode. In steady state each archive holds exactly this many entries; an existing active file that already exceeds the cap at startup is archived as-is on the next append (one over-cap transition archive), after which steady state resumes. 0 disables entry-count rotation. Ignored by every other policy.
