A2A AgentCard (spec §14) — the discovery surface for an agent. Serializes to the protobuf-JSON wire shape.

Deserialization is strict for the spec-REQUIRED fields (proto fixture a2a-v1.proto:374): name, description, version, supportedInterfaces, capabilities, defaultInputModes, defaultOutputModes, and skills must all be present and non-null. This is the shared parse boundary for both untrusted peer discovery responses and inbound payloads; a card omitting a REQUIRED field (or sending null) is malformed and must be rejected, not silently defaulted to an empty value — otherwise a broken peer can appear as a successful discovery result. (A present-but-empty list is still accepted: the proto allows an empty repeated REQUIRED field.)
