Personality system — loads workspace identity files (SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, USER.md) and injects them into the system prompt pipeline.

EDITABLE_PERSONALITY_FILES
MAX_FILE_CHARS: Maximum characters per personality file before truncation.
MEMORY_PERSONALITY_FILE: The curated long-term memory file. Isolated sessions withhold this one file from the provider-visible prompt; every other personality file still loads.
PERSONALITY_FILES: Well-known personality files loaded from the workspace root.

load_personality: Loads personality files from a workspace directory. Each well-known file is read and validated. Missing files are recorded in PersonalityProfile::missing rather than treated as errors.
load_personality_files: Load a specific set of personality files from a workspace directory.
personality_files_without_memory: PERSONALITY_FILES minus MEMORY_PERSONALITY_FILE, for isolated / ACP sessions created with exclude_memory: true. Those sessions get no memory tools, a NoneMemory backend and no automatic saves; the curated memory content must be withheld from the provider-visible prompt too, otherwise the “persistent memory isolated” guarantee is only half enforced.
