Constant PAIRING_CODE_MIN_LENGTH

pub const PAIRING_CODE_MIN_LENGTH: usize = 6; // 6usize

Smallest pairing-code length any configuration may select.

Six is the previously shipped length, so no configuration can produce a code weaker (in length) than what the gateway used to generate.
