One route-selection source shared by the router and its owning Agent.
This avoids parallel hint lookup tables that can disagree about which
provider/model actually serves a turn.
Provider profile and model selected by the same immutable route table the
router uses for dispatch. Callers may retain the selector separately when
the provider still needs hint:<name> to perform the actual dispatch.
