True when extra_headers pins an x-opencode-session value that will actually reach the wire.

The provider client builders skip an extra_headers entry whose value is not a valid HTTP header value, logging a warning. Such an entry must not count as a pin: suppressing the derived token for it would leave the request with no affinity header at all.
