Force-compile this module’s lazy regexes on the caller’s thread.

A cold regex compile descends through dozens of regex_automata NFA compiler frames; strip_media_markers and the audio-marker checks run deep inside turn processing, so the registry builder warms both here — on its own dedicated thread — before any turn stack exists.
