A successful response plus billed usage from Reliable attempts that were rejected before that response was accepted.

response.usage always describes the accepted attempt. The sidecar is for cost accounting only; it must not be used as context-window usage or successful-response telemetry.

Aggregate compatibility projection. Runtime accounting uses the opaque [AccountedChatScope] for exact per-attempt routes.
